By default, it should show. Should be like so:
List Price: $15.00
Price: $10.00
You Save: $5.00 (33%)

(with the List Price having a strike through)

If LIST PRICE (filled out) and SHOW SAVINGS (box checked) are done for certain items why doesn't it show up on the individual product page?
