Hi Everyone,
 
I am sorry in advance as I am fairly new to PC, but I need some assistance getting google checkout to work.  I have looked over the site for suggestions on this issue but they dont seem  to be my problem. The issue I am having is orders are not showing up in Product Cart and Google is not seeing the Tax.  I am currently running on the sandbox to test it as it gave me an error on the live system.
 
ProductCart Version: 4.0a SP3
 
What I have checked:
- Verified that Callback API URL is correct
- Ensured that is set to XML
- Confirmed SSL valid
