Ideally it would be good in the newsletter section but at the moment we need a data dump in a CSV download of some kind as the customer has been advertising they will send a free gift to customer's who register in the month of May.

Unless you have dedi hosting and RDP access to your server(s), you'd hope that there is a firewall in between remote access and the server your database is hosted on, else you have a PCI DSS compliance issue with your host.

Otherwise you'd need an appropriate application depending on what version of MS SQL your site's db is running on.

That being said the data is there, and it would be an easy script to give you access to it. Where would you like to see this data? Are you using PC's Newsletter Wizard? Is that where you want to apply this filter? Or are you looking for a CSV download of some sort?

Whatever you're looking for here, it should be pretty easy to do.
