Please try the following files (unzip and upload the files to the Control Panel folder). These files are only for stores using Parent Paths Enabled.

I did revert back to the original unmodified sendmail.asp file before posting to test that hadn't caused an issue, but had no luck, still no customers appearing. There were some bugs with PC 4 SP3 on the Newsletter Wizard. I've a patch for that from EI, but not sure if that posted they posted that patch.

However, having change even one thing here, I'd recommend that you revert and test again. As you say, it was working until you made a change. Customer is trying to use the Newsletter wizard, however when she starts the wizard, selects either "opted in only" or "all customers" then goes straight to the next screen without narrowing down any products/sales date etc. no customers are showing up to send the newsletter to.

To test, I tried selecting "all customers" and then "Customer who did not purchase", it shows the customers who have not ordered fine.
