A 'Safe" and "Trust" issues is a big thing this days for customers shopping online. And we don't want to scare away a potential customer making him/her share his/hers "Billing Address" with a web site where they have never had any shopping experience with yet. I would recommend to have "Account Login" arranged in two simple columns “Returning customers” and “New customers” in the way Gap.com has it. It is simple and very understandable. And now the very important: people don’t want to share their Billing Address before they have decided to place an order! Again: look at Gap.com. Create an Account, following “Account Details” including a “Password hint” and “SAVE”. Having it arranged like that (Account Details) would help us to keep many more people as our customers. It feels “SAFE” for them.
