    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.productcart.com/member_profile.asp?PF=558">mattprice</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3575<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 31-March-2010 at 4:12pm<br /><br /><P>We have a sample facility on our site whereby customers can request free sample products at zero value.&nbsp; This ultimately means that they are checking out at zero value and so the payment option selection is redundant.</P><DIV>These zero value orders are being received as "pending status" which is usual for&nbsp;orders where a payment check needs to be done etc.&nbsp; For zero value orders the order checking is less important so I was wondering whether anyone can think of an easy&nbsp;way of having zero value orders automatically receive as status "processed"</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>All the payment gateways have the option to choose between pending or processed but there is not a control panel option for "free orders"</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Any ideas would be appreciated ?</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Thanks</DIV><DIV>Matt</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV>]]>
