Hi all!

I'm having trouble to explain this problem in english, hope you guys understand anyway.

We have a discount code that applies automatically with a pricediscount of 50 SEK when the customer make an order from 350 SEK orabove.

We also have offline payment methods in the store where we charge a flat amount processing fee (say 29 SEK).

If a registrered customer buy a product that costs 349 SEK they won't get any discount since they haven't fulfilled all parameters for the discount. If they choose any offline payment method and get an extra fee of 29 SEK, they still don't get the discount - and this is correct. Discounts should not apply to payment fees, freight costs etc.

BUT if the customer is a new customer and doesn't have a registrered account in our store productcart calculates the payment fee to the total of the order and the customer gets the discount of 50 SEK anyway.

Running productcart v4 SP3 apparel add on.

Any ideas?
