That is what i am asking... How do i get the Master User login and pass...I am a web developer and have taken this project over from a client how has not told us what that info was for MAaster User... i have all kinds of access... where do i go? Thanks so much BTW....

Please do not use all CAPS in a forum post as it is considered the equivalent of yelling.  Remember the majority of the responses you will receive in the forums will be form developers that are volunteers here to help out users.
 
As to your question,  All users are created with limited rights.  The only way you will get to see and use all the features of ProductCart is to log in as the Master User.  When your user account was created by the Master User account, there are options of allowing a full set of privileges that are typically more than adequate for the average store manager.
