Is it possible to have a coupon activated when clicking on a mailup message.  With other words we would like to have the coupon automatically applied when a customer clicks on the message or link in the mail-up newsletter they receive.  
I'm saying this, because we just did a message with coupon code.  80% of those who shopped did not use the coupon, because they thought it would be applied automatically.  We had to check all orders for newsletter subscriptions, had to to adjust the invoices, and had to refund the difference.  A big undertaking and quite bothersome.
