Hi Ed, the process is rather simple:

  • Find the Build To Order (BTO) product that you want to clone and click on "Clone"
  • Review and save the new BTO product
  • Click on "Configure this BTO product or service"
  • Click on "Copy from another BTO product"
  • Locate the BTO product that you originally close and click on "Apply BTO configuration": everything is magically cloned, including the Conflict Management rules

I have Product Cart Build to Order v.3 with conflict management.  I'm trying to use the clone function for a bto product with specific product categories, items and conflict management. I want to clone this product with all of the atributes and then perform some editing to set up the new bto product.  Any information regarding this cloning function would be helpful.
