Please submit support requests through our Support Ticket System, which is only available by logging into your account on our store and using the button at the bottom of the page to submit your ticket.

In this case, I believe your client has run into an issue that was just discovered and fixed by one of our developers earlier today and we can provide you with the files that should resolve the problem.

Customer was just contacted by a lady who got an error when trying to checkout. I've checked the error log and received this...
