Hi,
    ProductCart does not "recognise" whether it the folder permissions are correctly set, it TESTS it by attempting to write & read a file, so if the Troubleshooting utility reports the permissions are incorrect then they really are wrong - which would also explain why the FEDEX label is not being stored. Get the hosting company to check again and it is the WINDOWS permissions that need to be set, which is different from those you see via FTP. As for the $195 - Don't forget, this is for upgrades as well as support - so you no longer have to purchase upgrades.

I have been using FedEx for years now with the ProductCart...suddenly, for no reason, the FedEx shipping label is not being generated.

Upon running the troubleshooter utility, I get a message that the file permissions are not set to Read/Write/Delete....THIS IS NOT TRUE!

All of my file folders are set to allow all of the above....contacted the Hosting company to verify.

The ProductCart is not writing the image of the shipping label to the folder as it is being generated....perhaps because it thinks the permisssion is denied...

What can I do to fix this....I cannot pay $195 for support for this issue.....would rather switch carts than pay for something that I did not break or change...


Thanks in advance for any help!!

Need to get the ProductCart to recognize permisssions and/or get the FedEx label to generate and print some other way...
