Hi,
  Check your settings are all correct. See : http://wiki.earlyimpact.com/productcart/paypal for links to the set ups. You will also need to check the specific values are correctly entered as supplied to you by PayPal.

Hi All,
 
I had a sale through PayPal and see the following error on the OrdDetails.asp page under PayPal...
Alert: We could not display your PayPal Details Section due to the following errors:
  • Error 10002
  • Error Description: Authentication/Authorization Failed. This error means that your API Credentials are not correct for the "Live", or "Sandbox", modes. Please double check you are in the correct mode and your credentials are valid.
  • Error Source: You do not have permissions to make this API call

Please check your API Signatures were entered correctly, and that you are not using live credentials in test mode (or visa versa)
 
Sounds like something is not setup right?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
