Having said that, you want to be careful not to just go with just any "cheap" service because many of them have poor performance and customer service. Do your homework to research their historical uptime and performance record and make sure thye have 24/7 quality support.</P><P>If you plan on building sites regularly, you may also want to consider signing up as a reseller/affiliate&nbsp;with the hosting service so you can get some kind of&nbsp;residual income.&nbsp;<BR></P>]]>

You would not be able to run the website locally but you could edit the ASP files in Dreamweaver and send them to your actual web site which&nbsp;must support ASP.]]>
