There are differences that pertain to the Content Pages feature itself, which was substantially upgraded in v4. I installed the SEO-friendly content pages on my current version of PC - 3.51. 
(http://wiki.earlyimpact.com/productcart/seo-content-page-urls).  I am planning to upgrade to PC 4 soon, and I wanted to know if anyone has any experience with using PC 4 and the SEO-Friendly Content Pages.
