Define a master category&nbsp; 'help pages' or similar,</P><P>2. define sub-categories&nbsp; 'buyers guide'&nbsp; 'our product range'.</P><P>3.&nbsp;Create sub-categories underneath them, each being a page of content.</P><P>3.&nbsp;Put the text into the long description fields of these level 3 sub-categories.</P><P>4.&nbsp;Don't define any products underneath....</P><P>5. Re-generate navigation (v3).</P><P>Using v3 of ProductCart you can show categories in a pull down list-box set at the category in addition to the level, rather than as links in a page.&nbsp; So that would give a dynamic menu&nbsp;based approach to content pages.</P><P>It's not how it was intended, but it would work.</P><P>cheers</P><P>Mark</P><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by MarkCoyle - 08-August-2006 at 8:44am</span>]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.productcart.com/member_profile.asp?PF=171">MarkCoyle</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 342<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 30-July-2006 at 11:01am<br /><br />Hi all,<br><br>I find the Content Pages capability very helpful.<br><br>A very useful enhancement to this in all kinds of ways is to have 'categories' that Content Pages can be attached to.<br><br>Then when displayed on the dynamic navigation this would automatically appear.<br><br>So you could have a 'Service Guides' category and link your content pages to it and a 'Reward Scheme' category etc etc.<br><br>It's a comparatively simple addition but brings very flexible, powerful features.<br><br>cheers<br>Mark<br>]]>
