Hi Melissamata,
   Tax by zones is a fairly complex area, as the tax it has to manage are complex. It's very difficult to provide specific advise without reviewing the setup, so I recommend raising a support ticket.

I have added my tax rules by zone, but when I go through checkout to test it out, Productcart doesn't add any taxes. What's going on? Is this feature supposed to be activated first? I am in Canada, and need this tax feature, but I can't find any other topics on this issue. I am using Productcart v3.5

Please help, I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong
