I have had a successful relationship with the company who makes http://www.xcauction.com.  I have not used that particular application, but as a company they seemed to be a responsive organization.  Note that this was years ago, thus things may have changed over time.
 
A good resource for searching for custom ASP applications is www.aspin.com.
 
I cannot address the topic of integration without knowing what you hope to achieve.
