Is there a way to apply the conflict management rules to the additional charges catagories ? I have ver BTO 2.76 and would like to limit or require the customer to select  options on the additional charges page. When I try to add a rule to do that, even though these additional charges catagories are on my configuration page, I don't have selections for the additional charges fields.
