Hi Calvin,
    Login with the master user and then set the permissions for the userid you are having a problem with via Settings > Manage Users - there is a checkbox fo "Manage Pages (CMS)"

There is no "Pages" menu.  The options after I login to pcadmin are:
Home - Settings - Products - Marketing - Shipping - Payments - Customers - Affiliates - Orders - Reports - Help.

I just installed ProductCart v4 and I've read about Manage Contents on the Wiki, however the option is not available in my admin menu.  How do I enable this?
