We are using v4.0 for one of our two websites and I should be able to select " Allow customers to ship orders to an address other that the billing address" under Shipping/Shipping Settings, but I don't see it anywhere. It is mentioned under the ProductCart Encyclopedia but I can't seem to find it. Am I looking in the wrong place? I am missing it for some reason. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
