Hi folks !!!

I'm having an issue with the character-set under the Control Panel. I'm using the spanish language. Some category and products description characters are not shown correctly (Some "ñ", "á", "é", etc.... are replaced with strange characters).

Anyone know how can I do to resolve this issue?
