Hi Desiree,

(1) Can you give an example of some of the performance issues you are having? In ProductCart v4 we actually made performance improvements in a number of areas, so that should not be the culprit. Still, let's start by reviewing where these issues are occurring.

(2) If you are on a shared Web server and/or a shared MS SQL server, performance issues might be completely unrelated to your account (something else is slowing down the Web server and/or the database server). We are having serious performance issues, especially since we upgraded to version 4. I don't necessarily feel it is an Early Impact issue but I would like to know where I can get some guidelines on what the best setting are for a web server that is running ProductCart.
