Hi,
   Check your file permissions are set correctly. ( Help > Troubleshooting Utility).
If permissions are not set correctly then Generate Navigation is unable to write out the updated navigation.

Hi,
 
I am wondering if anyone can help me on this issue.  I've successfully deleted a category from the control panel, however on the website the suppose "deleted" category still appears along with all its subcategories. 
 
If you go www.fantoltech.com, the entire category name "Kooloaf" has been successfully deleted from the control panel, and I've used "generate navigation link" function to update the links, but nothing changed on the actual website.....
 
Any of you ever run into this problem? what's the solution?
