I have a new account with JoltDigital, and they setup our ProductCart system on their servers so all I had to do was copy over our database from the old server to the new server.

Everything is working as it should except the "Generate E-Commerce Widget" function.  All the files for the E-Commerce Widget seem to be there and you can go through all the steps to create the widget within the PC administrator interface, but when I try to use the script the application produces or use the preview in ProductCart, the widget doesn't show.

Am I doing something wrong?  Am I supposed to manually change something on the server for it to work or do I need to contact JoltDigital's tech support to change something?

Where do I go to resolve this problem?  I would really like to get this working because I have some other sites/pages I'd like to put this widget on, but I can't because it's not functioning.
