In their case we exported orders, but we also wrote a&nbsp;shipping information import process which updates the order with package information and tracking numbers once it is shipped. <DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>It is not standard in ProductCart and&nbsp;would require a customization and certain server configuration (SQL Server 2005 with Integration Services installed) but it is possible to build what you describe. It sounds as though this would be a process that you would use more than once (it would not be cost effective if this was a one-time thing). </DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>The are other considerations/questions, for example, would the customer number already exist and also match up with the number in the order - or would the customer need to be created as well (and if so should a random password be assigned)? </DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Please contact us at Red Leaf if you are interested in what I describe.</DIV>]]>
