    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.productcart.com/member_profile.asp?PF=204">MGatESS</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 3093<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09-October-2009 at 10:16am<br /><br /><i><b>In dire need of help!!!</b></i>&nbsp; <img src="https://forum.productcart.com/smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0" alt="C&#111;nfused" /><br><br>I am switching our ProductCart license to a new installation of PC on another web hosting company's servers.&nbsp; I need to know what steps I need to take to close out the "old" ProductCart on the old web host so that the license will work on the "new" ProductCart with our new hosts.&nbsp; I have the database from the old cart copied over to the new cart (so as not to lose data &amp; products), but I can't access the new cart's administration system because of the pre-existing cart on the old web server.<br><br>Please, if someone could post here or send me a PM regarding the steps I need to take to deactivate the old PC and reactivate the license on the new server/copy of PC, I would greatly appreciate it.&nbsp; I had wanted to make the switch today before the holiday weekend.&nbsp; Thanks in advance for all your help.<br>]]>
