You can obviously use whatever text you like in the email though as in this case it's because you have moved to ProductCart instead of them forgetting the password. <br>]]>

An order is a fairly complex set of database records, so it's exceedingly unlikely that it's worth the effort of creating custom code to achieve this. <br>]]>
