If this happened to me, I would, (after contacting the customer of course),  run the c.c. transaction through my web based terminal (Authorize.net offers a net based c.c. processing page) and then  update the order to "Paid" noting the authorization information received from the online processing center.

Otherwise, just login to your customers account, place the same order again as if you were the customer and delete the original.

Hi,
 
How to make the payment after placing the order after 2 days by credit card?
 
Detailed description:
 
1) I am a customer, I will come to store and select one item and i will place
the order (I will select credit card option).
 
2) Due to some problem i won't  pay money( But administrator will get an entry of this order, Customer won't get any entry of this order ).
 
3) Suppose if i want to pay the money after 2 days, how to pay the money for this same order?
 
4) How can i resolve this issue?
