Hi,
  Can you please give the response to my query?
 
 I am able to give login link in my home page. Once after login, i am not getting the Account menu!!!!
 
 What i need to do to get displayed Account menu once after user loin????

Hi,
 
 I added hyperlink to custPref.asp. Now i am able to go to login page and able to login.
But after login i am not getting Account menu!!!
 
What i need to do to get "Account menu" after login??

Hi,
   A hyperlink is the way to go. If it's not working it sounds like it's just been coded incorrectly.

Hi,
 
 I tried both the options
 
1) Including pc/CartPref.asp into header.asp
2) Adding hyperlink to pc/CartPref.asp to header.asp

Hi,
 It sounds like you added an "include" ??
You need to add it as a normal hyperlink - which could not possibly cause the problem you describe.

 I had given link to CustPref.asp in header.asp page. Then i got following error.

Hi,
   Provide a link via your Header.asp file - The key page is pc/CustPref.asp. You can also replicate any of the links available from that page in your design, such as logout.

Hi ,
 
I had integrated product cart service to my website. Every thing is working fine.
 
My problem is that user can able to add the products to cart, remove ... etc.
Once user logs into the shopping cart he is unable to find logout and account settings in the shopping cart.
 
Please help me out that where and how  to enable logout and account settings options once user logs in.
