Hi all,

with the introduction of suppliers into the store with v3, I would like to suggest a future enhancement to this area.

I would welcome seeing orders of a suppliers product and being able to grant them a login view (like the Affiliate) so that they can see their sales.

I sell digital downloads from multiple labels and sources - I have provided a simple login using an ASP outside the store using information I take out and put into a separate database.

However the ability of a supplier to self manage their product sales over the web is a relatively simple addition that would prove very powerful.

Furthermore, if the sales shown were linked to a 'balance owed' managed by the store admin that could be adjusted for payments made against email request (which I do outside the store in my ASP) then the supplier's account can be fully managed in the store.   In the digital downloads area I'm sure it would prove to be a commercially attractive enhancement and I imagine others could see the benefit too.

I woud welcome engaing with the EarlyImpact team to help shape this if it is thought to be a useful addition in the future.
