Here is a problem we hit all the time.  We accept credit cards through our merchant account and paypal.  We mainly added the paypal, because customers were asking for it.  It provides added security to customers who don't know us.  Many feel more secure to use it the first time they order from us.  The problem we have is that orders show in the backend as processed and you may forget to print it for shipping.  We have to watch for them very carefully, and have in the past missed one or two.  Especially when you have a lot of orders.  A fix would be adding a small paypal icon next to the orders that are paid that way.
