Do you have reports of customers getting this, or only you see it?
 
My suspicion is that you may have FrontPage server extensions installed, or that you may have some secured folder established in which (for example) an image is referenced, and that Windows (as it does occasionally) ends up with a conflict.
 
If it's only you, it may be because your user (as site administrator) is treated differently than public visitors. 
 
If it's web visitors as well, I'd be curious about what your host thought needed to be visited.
 
I have seen this myself in the past, thus a bit of familiarity with it.  If it's only you seeing it, not a big deal.  If customers are seeing, then it's certainly something to get resolved.

This is an error message that I get every once in awhile.  It doesnt matter what page Im on, it just pops up.  I have told my hosting company about this and they said that it needed some patch to the software, which they then applied.  However, I still continue to get this message.  Does anyone know how to fix this?  Below is the screen shot.
