Once you submit your ticket, we can look at a couple of things to try to determine where the issue is.]]>

We have had 9 orders successfully placed on the site today, but now when the checkout process tries to go to the payment gateway (gwusaepay.asp in our case) we're consistently getting the "500 - internal server error" message.]]>

Today is the first time I've needed to do category maintenance on an item after the move. The cat_popup.asp windows loads fine, with the URL referencing the idProduct and intTotCat. When I select the option to add/remove product from any category and click Continue, instead of getting the list of catagories, I get a simple message "error in cat_popup.asp". I get the same thing when selecting the option to review current categories.<DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Nothing is showing up in the Error Information log under the Help menu.</DIV><DIV>&nbsp;</DIV><DIV>Any ideas what I should look for?</DIV>]]>
