We are experiencing an issue when the order is imported from Product Cart the shipping total is off. Every time it is 15% cheaper on Stone Edge then what the Final Invoice shows and what the customer pays.

The Final invoice is fine, and what the customer pays is accurate, but the problem is when it is imported to Stone Edge, the shipping price is cheaper by 15% showing we owe the customer money, which in return messes up our numbers and tax information.

 

When we pull an XML document from our Data Archives for the order, the shipping that is listed there is the shipping that Stone Edge is displaying, so somewhere Product Cart is sending different information to Stone Edge.

 

Has anyone experienced this problem? This is a bump in the road for us when we are just starting out with Product Cart and trying to launch the site.

 

*Also anyreason why the Sales Tax would still be imported from Product Cart to Stone Edge when it is only set on State (California) to tax on? This includes Non California Resident Orders. The good thing is though, stone edge imports the tax but refunds it right away, the problem is, it still shows up on the invoice that way. It'd be best if no Sales Tax was imported to begin with.
