I believe there are several routes to generate the "shipped" email so which files will need some custom coding will need further investigation. If you have ASP skills then start by examining processOrder.asp, if not then I suggest contacting a ProductCart developer. There are several active on the forum who may either post here or send a PM, or take a look at this list : http://www.earlyimpact.com/partners-dev.asp

If we have several orders placed duringthe day, this makes it a bit inconvenient. This situation does nothappen with [the old system] which I get the tracking number and the person and his/her address where the order is being shipped to."

Has anyone found a way to include the SHIP TO address in the e-mails?
