Okay. I have the choose shipment page defaulted to display UPS first. Pretty standard. However sometimes when UPS isn't given as an option, either because of a connection error or UPS for some reason or another does not ship there, it will default to the "Other Shipping Options" tab. Ideally it would default to USPS or FedEx. Anybody know how would I go about doing this?

Just fyi, I do have the options in Other Shipping Options in Display order chosen last. Normally when UPS is displayed, which honestly is 99.9% of the time, it is the last tab displayed, but it is first when it isn't.
