I'm sure I'll be running into this one soon as we are getting folks migrated over to ProductCart form other shopping cart applications.
 
I've heard really positive things from folks about PC's QB Synchronizer and am really looking forword to seeing it in action.

Brian,

Please ask you host to assist you.  Instructions for the correct procedure / settings is on the WIKI page.  I can't speak for Helm 4, but if you are on Helm 3 which is what we use, it's necessary to go into IIS directly and set the application.  It's not a big deal.
