That is why there is no built in functionality in ProductCart to capture the CVC (aka CVV CVV2 etc).<br><br>(Sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings)<br>A real time gateway is the way to go if you need the CVC info as theyhave the processes/permissions in place to handle them in accordancewith the Credit Card company rules.<br><br>Is this custom code as there are only 3 additional customer fields supported and they appear in the customer record and not within the orders etc?<br>]]>

The other has a default answer of "DDS", which must've come from us somehow since the field description is "If yes, designation", field label "(example, DDS, DMD, RDH, etc.)".&nbsp; There's nothing entered for either fields "field value".<br><br>Thanks!<br>]]>
