Really the helpdesk is designed to be the route for them to ask questions as after the order has been placed it's a little late for most questions. At the moment, you would need to find the customer record tovia "customer" to find a "mailto" link, but if you click on the customers name it will take you to the customer record where the email address is shown.&nbsp;]]>
