Hi, 
   Most likely a customer editing the URL.
This message will be issued if the productid is missing or not numeric when the product configuration page is called - on a BTO product.  You can test this  by removing everything after the ? in a product configuration page, for example .....configurePrd.asp?idproduct=3&qty=1 would become .....configurePrd.asp
