Hi All,
 
I've solved this now.
 
The customers own mail server had to be set to allow relay from the IP address of the web server.

I have a client using microsoft exchange server with productcart. The website is hosted on my own server. They handle the emails on their own using a seperate IP address.
 
This appears to be messing up some of the productcart features that rely on the mail components and mail server.
 
Is anyone using exchange server with productcart successfully and if could you please ley me know what settings are you using?
