I have a BTO store setup for quotes only. When a customer submits a quote I can view it, reply to them, or finalize it. When I hit reply, the customer gets an email...but does PC store a copy of the email anywhere? I can't seem to find it if it does. I want to use this feature, but we need a copy of communications for our records.
