Hi Joe,
     That completly depends on what you need to do for a "Rush Delivery" - Is it an alternative to the normal shipping, or an additional fee for getting the order processed before others? Lots of the shipping companies offer premium, faster, delivery services, so if you offer those and the customer selects them that would cover the normal meaning of "Rush Delivery".

Is it possible to add a "Rush Delivery" option with ProductCart?  I'm not quite sure if this is handled through the Shipping Company or not...
