Unfortunately there isn't. Substantial code changes would be required, which is why we have not implemented this feature yet.

Given the very low cost of Web hosting services, the easiest way to go is to move the store to a US-based Web server. If you decide to go this route, here is an article about moving ProductCart to a new Web server: http://wiki.earlyimpact.com/how_to/move_store

We (and our hosting server) are based in the UK but we have a client who is based in the US.
The web server is set to the UK time zone but the client is asking if the time zone can be set to EST.

Is there a way of changing the time within ProductCart as changing it on the server is a non starter.
