Sure. You can just use it for rating. You are not required to use it for shipping labels.

Greetings!  My client will be using a drop shipper for all products in the store.  The drop shipper uses UPS and suggests that we use UPS API / Online Tools to get rates (plus a S/H fee) to closely approximate what he will be charging.

Question:  Can UPS Online Tools somehow be configured to only return rates and not send the shipping request along to UPS?

I hope this makes sense.
