Hi Greg,
 
I can't offer any wisdom with regards to that particular host. I purchased serverobjects aspjpeg/aspupload to use with my server and there was a seperate process for registering it on the server after the installation so I'm guessing that registering the dll alone would not work. Unless of course you are using a different aspupload.

intermedia.net has a control panel called HostPilot.  Evidently if one has their advanced plan, one may register a DLL.

Does anyone have any experience with intermedia, this control panel, or wisdo to share concerning whether aspjpeg/aspupload will install in a satisfactory manner using this approach?
