This sounds like an old bug. You are probably running an older version of ProductCart. I hope I am posting this in the correct forum.

I'm trying to locate an image for one of my products. I have the "Locate an Image" window open. When I type the name of the image in the field for the "Image name" filter, it informs me that "Your search will return 1 results(s)." So I click search and am taken to a screen that says "Please wait while we process your request..." and offers a "Back" button. The problem is that the searches never seem to finish processing.

Similarly, when I select "jpeg" in the field for the "Image type" filter, it informs me that "Your search will return 5736 results(s)." So clearly there are images already uploaded and seemingly in the index. When I click search, the screen says "Please wait while we process your request..." and tells me that I am "Currently viewing page 1 of 383". The problem is that no images show up, and all that I am viewing is those two messages and links to the other 382 pages. When the other pages are clicked a similar screen with the same messages is displayed.

Any help in figuring this out would be great.
