If anyone else has this problem it's caused by an error of sorts on Paypal checkout - the customer didn't input a telephone number, and that's why I got this message when trying to change the order status.  You can avoid this by making this change to your Paypal settings:

- Log in to your PayPal account
- Navigate to your PayPal settings by selecting "Edit Profile"
- Next, click "Website Payment Preferences"
- Now make the phone number mandatory so that customer does not forget to enter something
- The phone number will now be filled in your ProductCart control panel for every order

I'm trying to cancel an order, but when I click the cancel order button, a popup says enter a value, I've never seen this before - is this a problem with my hosting maybe?
