It was the decimal point option in the store settings. I also notice that it's -2887,.11 - which is most strange and the total is $2.89.

 Is this customized code? I've never seen this in an unmodified page.
Please check the decimal format set in Settings > Store Settings. I suspect the best roure from here will be to raise a support ticket,

Hi I am having a problem with a bto item when I go through the configuration the prices are all correct but when I add it to the cart the main product has a negative price. (As seen in photo below) Any ideas as to what could be causing this? I have the main products price as zero.
